I love, love , love this wallet. I wish they had it in a taupe or light brown color and I would buy that one too.

Got a huge run around trying to purchase this jacket in the first place - which was extremely frustrating. Ended up having to order online, which wasn’t ideal. When I received my jacket, it arrived damaged and terribly packaged for a fairly heavy jacket (the paper that had my address was barely attached - had two pieces of packing tape holding it onto a bag and the paper was ripped in half). The jacket itself has a bent zipper arm on the left sleeve and the left pocket has a massive hole in it. Contacted customer service and they were essentially no help - other than to re-order online and hope for the best OR to visit my local store (which is pointless because my local store doesn’t carry this jacket… horrible inventory selection). I truly don’t know if I’d ever shop with this company again. Only giving 3 stars because of the style of the jacket, the comfort of the jacket, the protective components and the quick shipping/delivery.

Recevoir son casque payé plus de 100$ que le prix étiqueté sur celui-ci est bien ordinaire. J’ai communiqué avec le service à la clientèle mais on m’a mentionné que le prix avait été baissé pour un Salon et que l’étiquette n’avait pas été retiré… Bien que très satisfaite du casque, je trouve cela un peu frustrant…
I am so happy I ordered these backpacks from Boutique. Of Leather,they are very well made and have so many pockets giving space for all your electronics and what ever you would need,and they are not heavy to carry around,the leather is great quality,I know they will be very much appreciated and useful to the family members I bought them for,they are very durable and will be with them for many years to come.
