I had a BOL Account years ago. Am I still a member?

BOL accounts are lifetime. To enjoy all the benefits of your account, use the member email associated with your account when you shop. If you need help retrieving your member information, call us or email customerservice@boutiqueofleathers.com.

Can I use someone else’s account to make purchases?

Your account is intended for individual use and is not shareable or transferable. However, you're welcome to purchase gifts or products for others.

Can you open a store in my town?

We are committed to continuing our legacy of providing quality, detailed leather designs for Canadians who love leather. While we strategize on new store openings, you can always find us online at boutiqueofleathers.com.

Do you have any store in the USA?

We currently do not have BOL & Open Road locations outside of Canada. To find a store near you, please visit our locations page.

Why don’t you stock all items in every store?

Our store space is limited, so we sometimes decide not to carry certain items at specific locations. If you visit a BOL & Open Road store and can’t find what you’re looking for, please ask a staff member. We’ll help you order the items you need quickly and see their availability.

How can I check the status of my order and track its progress?

If you made an online purchase as a guest, you can track your order through the shipping confirmation email that will be sent once your order has shipped.

If you purchased a member, you can find your tracking numbers under Orders in your Boutique of Leathers & Open Road account or the shipping confirmation email.

After placing an order, please allow 1–5 business days for processing before it is handed off to our shipping partner. If we do not have all your product at our distribution centre, your order may be delayed 2-7 additional business days while we source the remaining product elsewhere. Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. We do not process and ship orders on weekends or holidays, so shipping times are calculated based on business days.

Once your order is handed over to our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. For store pickup orders, a tracking number may not be included in your shipping confirmation email. This indicates that your order is on its way, and we will notify you via email once it is ready for pickup.

Delays can also occur due to payment, stock, and shipping address issues. If we encounter an issue we cannot resolve, we will email you within a day or two of placing your order.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards are currently only available at our store locations. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve our system for online checkout usage. You can combine your gift card balances or use them alongside other payment methods to complete a purchase. To check your gift card balance, please do so in-store.
