$500 Shopping Spree Giveaway - Official Terms & Conditions

The $500 Shopping Spree Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Boutique of Leathers & Open Road, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

The Giveaway begins on October 1, 2024 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on October 20, 2024 at 11:59 PM MST (“Entry Period”).

In-Store: Visit any location Boutique of Leathers & Open Road during the Entry Period, fill out the entry form, and provide your email address.
Online: Complete the entry form here, provide your email address.
Bonus Entries: Follow us on Instagram and Facebook, like and share the Giveaway post, and tag a friend in the comments for additional entries. Each action counts as one additional entry.

One entry per person, per method (in-store or online). Additional entries may be earned through bonus actions as outlined in Section 5.
Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

One (1) Winner will receive a $500 Boutique of Leathers & Open Road Shopping Spree, redeemable in-store only.
The amount of the Shopping Spree will be calculated based on regular prices. If an item is on sale, the regular price will still be used for the calculation.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Shopping Spree must be redeemed by December 31, 2024.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on October 23, 2024, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the drawing.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of the first attempt to contact them, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

The Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
