Online Return Policy
You may return or exchange the item/s within 30 days of the order date to the Boutique of Leathers and Open Road Distribution Centre or to any Boutique of Leather and Open Road retail location for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and other additional charges. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase and your receipt must be present at the time of the return.
The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit. Please refer to our Return Instructions when returning your item.
For returns to our Distribution Centre, the postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date. If you need to return an item after 30 days, please contact our Online Internet Department at 1-877- 526-6537.
Boutiqueofleathers.com is not responsible for shipping, handling and other additional charges for returned items. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Our Online Return Policy does not apply to all items. For a list of exceptions to our Online Return Policy and how to return these particular items, please read our Return Exceptions.
Our Online Return Policy applies only to purchases made on Boutiqueofleathers.com. If you have made a purchase at one of our retail stores and wish to return an item, please go to one of our retail locations near you to process your request.
Should you return your product for any other reason other than a manufacturers defect, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and fees that may be applicable.
If your order either contains the wrong item(s) or defective items, we'll not only pay the return shipping charges but also send you your indicated replacement(s) with free shipping as well.
If an error or damage occurred with your order, please contact our Online Internet Department at 1-877- 526-6537 immediately upon receipt of the order.
When the returned item is received in our Distribution Centre, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return, usually within two weeks.
When the returned item(s) is received in our Distribution Centre, we immediately process a new order for your replacement item(s) and ship it to you usually within two weeks.
The packing slip shipped with your order will contain detailed return instructions. We have two convenient ways for you to return your purchase:
At a Retail Location
You can return your purchase for a refund or exchange at any one of our Retail Locations. The original receipt is required for a full refund. If you do not have it, a gift certificate for the amount the merchandise is currently priced at will be issued. The certificate has no cash value and will expire one year from the time of issue. Boutique of Leathers standard Refund/Return policies apply to all purchases.
To return an item by mail, please contact our Online Internet Department or phone 1-877-526-6537. Please ensure to have all of your order information available so that we may serve you better. You will receive an authorization form and be given detailed instruction on how to process your return.

You must confirm the return of your merchandise, by receiving an authorization form from Online Internet Department, prior to sending your return order. We will not guarantee refunds or exchanges without an authorization form. ‘SO’ (special order) items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once the return of your product has been confirmed, pack the unused/unworn item(s) securely in the original product packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure credit.
Before sending your return shipment, remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

Our Return Policy does not apply to all items. Exceptions to our Return Policy are as follows:
- For hygienic reasons, earrings, socks, insoles are final sales. These items cannot be returned.
- All CD’s/DVD’s/Video’s must be returned in its original packaging unopened. Any opened or tampered items cannot be returned.
- Altered or Laundered items
All sales are final for customized products. These items cannot be returned.
