Boutique of Leathers & Open Road is happy to ship your order to any deliverable location in North America or to any one of our retail locations in Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan. Boutiqueofleathers.com uses Canada Post for all deliveries and all orders can be tracked at Canada Post. Shipping Methods

Regular Shipping: Estimated delivery in urban and easily accessible rural areas of North America is typically within 2-6 business days after the order is processed, excluding special orders. Standard shipping is not available for Northern Territories, remote areas and oversized shipments.

Northern Territories and Remote Areas: Estimated delivery is within 8-10 business days after the order is processed, excluding special orders. Orders will be subject to the full Canada Post shipping charge - you will be informed on shipping costs in your shopping cart order.

Oversized Orders: Estimated delivery is within 4-12 business days after the order is processed, excluding special orders. Oversized orders are shipped using specialized couriers in large shipments and require longer delivery times. A member of our Online Internet Department team will contact you to discuss available shipping options and costs.

Ship to Another Address in North America: Great for gifting, we will ship to your specified location in North America or for having your order delivered to an alternate address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your order during normal business hours.

Ship to a store location: Have it shipped to a Boutique of Leathers and Open Road location near you. Ships within 1-3 business days after order is processed, excluding special orders. Please visit our Store Locations to find the store that is most convenient for you.

Special Orders: Sizes marked with *SO* are special order items and will take extra time to ship. Estimated time of arrival can be determined upon inquiry of the item, or when the order is placed. Notification will be sent by email, with a tracking number, when the item(s) is on route to the specified shipping address of the order. ALL Special Order Items are Final Sale, no Returns or Exchanges will be accepted.
