My hubby purchased this boot in January. But didn't wear them till may ish. Wore them for maybe 5 times since and the heal of the soke was totally worn out and a hole in the heal. The rubber felt like paper thin so he brought it back to store and they couldn't help him cause he purchased them in January no warranty. So they suggested to go to shoe smith, so he did and they say the damage on the heel couldn't if been prevented as it's poorly manufactured. It wasn't my hubby's fault. He states to go back to company but nope they won't help him. He spent alot of money on these boots/shoe and they didn't even last a riding season. He used them maybe a handful of times and now he's without boots and looking for another pair! So stay clear from this particular riding boot the rubber is crap. And if u try to bring it back to get reimbursement or another boot good luck. Poorly made sole very disappointed. I don't have a Pic as it's at a shoe smith not sure if their able to repair it or not
