1. Eligibility

  • The $500 Shopping Spree Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Alberta who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Boutique of Leathers & Open Road, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Sponsor

  • The Giveaway is sponsored by Boutique of Leathers & Open Road.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

  • Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. Entry Period

  • The Giveaway begins on June 20, 2026 at 12:00 AM MT and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT (“Entry Period”).

5. How to Enter

  • In-Store only: Visit our new location, Boutique of Leathers (317 7 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2P2Y9), during the Entry Period, fill out the entry form, and provide your email address.

6. Limitations

  • One entry per person.
  • Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

7. Prize

  • One (1) Winner will receive a $500 Boutique of Leathers & Open Road Shopping Spree, redeemable in our new store only, located in The CORE Shopping Centre.
  • The amount of the Shopping Spree will be calculated based on regular prices. If an item is on sale, the regular price will still be used for the calculation.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The Shopping Spree must be redeemed by August 31, 2026.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on August 11, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
  • The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
  • The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the drawing.
  • To be declared the official winner, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.
  • If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or does not respond within 7 days of the first attempt to contact them, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Publicity

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

12. Disputes

  • Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action.
  • All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
